Mark L. Buehnerkemper, OD

    Dr. Mark Buehnerkemper, or simply "Dr. Mark", has been in practice in Lake County since November of 1996. He attended the Southern California College of Optometry and graduated with distinction in 1996. Prior to entering Optometry school, Dr. Mark worked in the aerospace industry as a materials scientist in the electro-optical field.

    He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and the Redwood Empire Optometric Society. He is also President of the Lakeport Rotary Club for the 2006-2007 year, and serves on the Board of Directors for Sutter Lakeside Hospital as well as on the Board of Trustees for Sutter Lakeside Wellness Foundation.
